Terms of Service
Welcome to Solvi. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Solvi platform, including guided matching tools, care-team coordination workflows, communication features, and health management experiences made available to Health Seekers and Health Providers. By accessing or using Solvi, you agree to comply with these terms, applicable law, and any reasonable usage guidelines or policies published within the platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information, maintain the security of your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless otherwise required by law. You also agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, upload harmful code, or submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive. Solvi may investigate potential misuse and take action, including restricting features, suspending access, or terminating accounts, when necessary to protect users, providers, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
Solvi provides technology-enabled infrastructure for discovery, coordination, and progress support, but Solvi does not provide emergency services and does not replace independent professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Information displayed through Solvi, including educational content, symptom or goal prompts, and coordination tools, is intended for informational and navigational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for individualized clinical advice from licensed professionals. Health Providers using Solvi remain independently responsible for their qualifications, licensing, scope of practice, professional standards, and clinical services they choose to deliver. Health Seekers remain responsible for their own care decisions, including whether and how to engage providers identified through platform features. Solvi may modify, improve, pause, or discontinue features at any time to maintain safety, reliability, legal compliance, and product quality, and may implement updates, content controls, or operational limits that we reasonably determine are needed to protect users and sustain service performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solvi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Solvi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to platform use. Where direct liability cannot be disclaimed, Solvi's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid to Solvi for applicable services during the period allowed by law. You agree to comply with all laws applicable to your use of Solvi and to review updated terms when posted. We may revise these terms to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, security needs, or feature evolution, and continued use of Solvi after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updates unless a different standard is required by applicable law.
